Welsh Shirt Numbers

Around 1960 the Welsh rugby union decided to alter the sequence of the numbers on the jerseys.

Up until then the full back was no1 with the prop ending up as no15, but as we know today the full back is no15.

So to the question is... who was the last full back to have no1 on his back and the first full back to have no15 on his back.
