What competitions are in this game?

I just got it off ebay. Everywhere I look it just lists the superleague and nrl and says there are others. Also, is it true there are only 17 international teams? I was hoping for all the teams who played WC qualifiers.

state of origin and tri nations (aus, nz, eng) other than that i dont think there are more.

Is there a world cup, or an unlicensed likeness thereof?

What? So the international teams are just sort of there for one-off matches? Super-lame if true.

I just found there is a custom option for competitions, so you can make your own international tournaments then, right?

yes you can if you want to.

i thought there was some kind of world cup type feature. but i cant remember. maybe thats just what i made up.

its been too long since i played it.
