What games are you playing?

A Thief's End is my favourite in the whole series. Really enjoyed it.

I dig the vibe, characters and general Tomb Raider bits, but the combat has always been meh IMO. Especially the bullet sponginess of the enemies. I don't own a PS5 this gen (I tend to go with best hardware, and the Series X is just that) but I'd definitely buy it again if Sony publish more games on Xbox. At this point I'd normally own all the major consoles too due to price drops but that hasn't happened. Real shame.
I've heard 4 feels like it was made by the people who did The Last of Us in a good way.

This funny video is what got me to buy 1-3 Remastered pack

I'm still playing Black Myth Wukong at the moment.

I got hosed at this stupid narrow bridge crossing where you get knocked off to your death (prior to this most ledges have an invisible barrier) by enemies three times before I remembered I have an ability that basically turns you invisible. In my defence I hadn't used it aside from testing earlier in the game as it's been largely pointless until then.

I’ve just treated myself to a PS5 Pro and I’m kicking off by playing the remastered Horizon Zero Dawn.

Probably get PS Plus and work my way through the games on there.

Oh, and Ghost of Yotei

And it looks a lot better value than Gamepass.

The other half was a bit miffed as it’s something she could have bought for me for Christmas/Birthday but I’ve got a couple of issues with that.

1. I wanted the pro and it’s expensive.
2. I’m not 4 and if I want something I will buy it.

So I’ve left the PS plus as something she could buy for me if she so wishes.
