lol, you said wog.....Nope & nope, rock/metal for me buster.

**** i think the '70s and '90s were the best.
70s because of Pink Floyd, The Doors, Vanilla Fudge (or were they 60s...?)

and 90s because of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Rage, Tool, GnR, Smashing Pumpkins etc

I went for 70's mainly cos of the following:
The Who
Pink Floyd
Queen
The Jam
The Stones
Led Zeppelin
Deep Purple
Black Sabbath

And I could go on....

70's definatly. closely followed by the 80s. which has a large lead on the 90s. the 60's beat the 00's by default.

Metal of the 2000's rule!
thats probably the only good thing that has come from the 00's decade of music :p

70's and 90's for me.

I feel that you could easily split the 90's into two, the Nirvana era and the Spice Girls/Backstreet Boys era.

Underground hip-hop has come into its own in the 00's, plus plenty of good rock bands.

So 2000s for me, most older bands don't do much for me.

If you say that again i'll shove you in a suitcase and throw you off the Harbour Bridge.

You are Asian right?

Scribe ain't that bad though... I'm so gangsta.

And name me one good 00's Rock Band.

The Killers and Muse are the only half decent bands there.

And I thought Muse started off in the 90's?

Don't forget stuff like...

Sum 41 (not sure if they started out before 2000 but still they are cool)
Stone Sour
Nightwish (I understand they started earlier too but their recent stuff rocks)
Slipknot (Also started early but don't care)
Bullet For My Valentine
My Chemical Romance
Kataklysm
Hatebreed
Soulfly
Atreyu
Trivium
Arch Enemy
Roadrunner United
Avenged Sevenfold
Berzerker
Lamb Of God
36 Crazyfists
Lacuna Coil
Spineshank
3 Inches Of Blood
System Of A Down

Blah, blah...you get my point.

correct me if im wrong, but i think Ripper asked for good rock bands that have come out of the 2000's

and System Of A Down started in the 90's, thats why they are awesome

Monoturd, if you are saying a band only belongs to the decade they started in, Nirvana would belong to the 80's even though they released the majority of stuff in the 90's.

Scribe hardly represents the whole underground hip hop scene.

yes it is true that they released their first album in the late 80s but they started the 90's grunge movement and they also became extremely famous in the 90's.

im not going to choose the 80's for great music because one band i liked released one album in the late 80's
