Not sure sure about refusing to tour but they should definitely be putting it public statements condemning it and trying to ban the perpetrators. Yeah tbh the current crop of Argentinian players seem decent, especially with lavanini off the scene (one of the dirtiest players of the modern era imo).
I thought he was suspended a couple of years ago but for posts he made 10-15 years ago. Not that it's an excuse or anything.
