how is it not a rugby area? Basque Country has two top 14 teams and Bilbao has the largest stadium in Basque Country.

I googled it and the stadium is in Spain. As far as I’m aware there are no top 14 teams based in Spain?

I don’t really know anything about the area but it’s not even on France.

Cracking game of rugby, real pity about Bath just taking a few minutes to get with the pace of the game, and realise what we all knew before (UBB will go side to side to find the wider space - Bath don't cover that well, and always seem to have to adapt on the pitch)

And yes, way too many errors. Dropped balls, sliced kicks, screwed linesout.

There have been a couple of head contacts that should have been looked at (lost footage, of course), and maybe YCs, but that's absolutely not why Bordeaux are better than us
