Have to wonder whether the people who slag off Cipriani on a consistent basis have actually watched him play this season, or just been reading the sports pages in the Daily Mail?

I would welcome anyone of the three of them at Biarritz next season..........at least we would then have a 10 after many years without one at all.
I have watched a load of sale games when he has played and when he hasn't and to be honest none of it has impressed me, i have to think a lot of it is the fault of the faorwards who seem to be playing like individuals but on the topic of Cipriani he isn't playing very well and isn't a great player any more. If he came to the saints we'd only make him a worse player like we did with Lamb, Gehertey, Myler (worse than when he started playing for us)...oh the list goes on!
For some strange reason (noo offense), I've watched a few Worcester games this year, and each time Andy Goode was very goode, despite looking like a man who couldn't possibly be a professional Out-Half he's being great with the boot. Even the commentators on Sky have digs at him.

Goode has always looked very sharp - just never stepped up to a better or similar team after Leicester.

I seriously hope we don't lose Stef. He is our best option as a future outside half. Teach him to tackle and we'll be grand.

TBF though, as Myler has apparently just re-signed on £140k per year (a lot of money for a 2nd/3rd choice standard FH), I doubt Mallender would ever allow him to play anyway!

If anyone wants to watch an amazingly terrible tackle attempt by Danny Cipriani just watch the LV cup highlights sale VS wasps. On the Sale 5 metre line wasps 2nd choice scrum half Charlie Davies (not a big scrum half either) runs right through Ciprinais lame tackle for a try!!!!!
