Poor from De Jager - went way too high on Kaino, when all he had to do was get him half a metre or so over to the touchline.
Kaino was going to fend off anyone in that situation.

I think the ball hit a Springbok player, that's why it wasn't forward - was going backwards but then changed trajectory after hitting the Bok.



I've never seen a player miss a conversion on their second attempt - only seen it happen a couple of times, and it's always been out wide, but every time they slot it straight through.
