A new guy

Hi,
Thought I'd join the forum seeing as I've just just signed up to play rugby for a local team after playing my last match on a tour of Australia in 2006. My first training session is tomorrow, I'm dreading it because I haven't really done any training since I last played.

Thanks, I hope I get my fitness back quickly. It will be interesting to see what position they give me, I was mainly loosehead prop before but I'm only 6' and 14st now.
