All Blacks 2021-2025 Thread

How good is Tuipolotu? Where would he rank in all the locks of the last 30 years?
he is big. he is experienced. he captains the blueswho won the super rugby title. he is respected. he is old but the best hes ever been, or at least he was before his injury. who is to say now. how does he rank compared to jones, brooke, , jack, wilkiams, thorn, robinson, romano, retallick, whitelock, barret. he doesnt but his form now is up with others

NZR suing Ineos for allegedly walking away from their sponsorship deal half way through.

Despite recent form the ABs are still the sport’s biggest brand, so this is pretty seismic.

Although may also reflect wider issues in the Ineos sporting portfolio, which hasn’t wholly gone to plan.

dont think its allegedly, INEOS had said they are waking away due to cost saving activities...you kind of wonder what the point in an agreement is

a couple of surprises (although had heard the rumours last week) , no blackadder, no havili, no Papalili. reece and clarke probably luck that guys like Tangitau have been injured

stoked for Tavatavanawai (Big Jim), seems like a top bloke and has been playing better since being captain of the Highlanders which i think is telling when so many people wilt under that extra pressure.just hope we actually see him and hes not just there to hold tackle bags

Razor has said that Ioane is there as a centre/wing, he hasn't made that distinction before and given the depth in midfield and lack of it on the wing i expect to see him on the wing quite a bit

Especially with Proctor the in form 13 it gives Ioane a chance to re focus on his game a bit more, have some fun wide wide

i do have this feeling that even with some new blood in the squad....we'll see a lot of the sam old selections in the backline

its going to be Dmac, clarke JB, Ioane, reece with Jordan and BB fighting for 15

That was a great trick play for the Roigard try. It fooled me even on the replay. Codie Taylor deserves an Oscar for his acting pretending that the ball was coming his way.

Kiwi comm.s are just a touch biased - that deliberate knock-on isn't deliberate, because it's instinctive and trying to knock it backwards - which both contradictory, and wrong in both aspects (I'd have allowed "instinctive" - which doesn't change the offence - but it's also an instinct that every pro rugby player should have suppressed years ago)
