So the All Black can match Munich's international record. Zero champions league titles though. Germans are clear winners.

Nonsense. It would have been a travesty had Bayern not won team of the year. What they achieved (in the world's biggest sport) dwarfs the other teams listed. German League champions, Gerrman Cup, European Cup, World Club Cup.
New Zealand with all due respect beat a pretty awful handful of teams (and had we had a decent kicker that didn't miss a sitter we'd have won that). Just 14 games and most of it against dross. The NH has never been weaker..we have just won the six nations yet are half the side of 2009, France are atrocious, meanwhile the two opponents in the SH; Australian Rugby is on its knees, which just leaves the only competitive challenger, South Africa, who post Matfield aren't what they were. This NZ team is the Larry Holmes, wins in a poor era.

It's all subjective anyway. Comparring accomplishments over different sports isn't really possible anyway...but I have a solution.
The All Blacks play Bayern Munich in a football match - and then Bayern Munich play the All Blacks in a rugby match, and then see who wins on aggregate...(point values are kept the same
