I'm pretty sure England are nearer the top, certainly above Australia. Rediculous I know!

I recon it will be...

New Zealand
England
Australia
France
South Africa
Ireland
Wales
Argentina
Italy
Scotland
Figi
Samoa

etc

No these are just my feelings for the rankings in the game.....I heard on this forum that England were near the top and above Australia. Thats all I know I'm afraid!

2 (2) Australia 88.58

3 (3) South Africa 85.78

5 (6) Ireland 83.61

6 (4) England 83.50

7 (7) Wales 79.58

8 (8) Argentina 77.63

9 (10) Fiji 74.17

10 (9) Scotland 73.94

11 (11) Italy 71.25

12 (12) Samoa 70.13

13 (13) Romania 68.61

14 (14) Canada 68.12

15 (15) Uruguay 66.92

16 (16) USA 66.42

Well England did have a great year in 2003. The best in their entire history. They also beat NZ by 2 points. And Australia by 3. The following year both NZ and Aus smashed them, twice. But in all fairness a pile of their best players retired. The year after that (this year, 2005) they have been beaten by both Wales and then France the following week. I think in all fairness NZ and Aus are a better team than Eng, not only last year, but also this year (the year in which the title of the game is).

I'd say, to make an accurate game, NZ 1st, AUS 2nd, and then perhaps Eng 3rd with SA in 4th. And thats really giving the benefit of the doubt to England, saying that they are truley underperforming.

I'm half English and I agree with you. i think england should be probalbly fourth in the game. I'll probably end up fiddling with the stats anyway in the team editor, to bring england down the table. I like a challenge!!

The funny thing with England at the moment is I don't really care that they are not doing very well. I've watched them win countless six nations championships, beat the big three from SH and then win the world cup in 2003. They've achieved everything they can in Internatioanl rugby and I feel fairly satisfied. I'll start geting worried in they are still crap in a few years time!!

From ak47, who went to das Training Camp in Oz last week:

I was NZ (89), Australia (88) and England (90+)

In one of the clips of the demo that Locks played (entitled 'Teams') you can see they have the rating of England at 92 and Australia at 89. If this has been changed for the full-version, I don't know.

The Lions will most likely be rated the highest (what rating is anyone's guess, though unlikely over a 95).
