Deflects off his hand, not at all a deliberate knock on. He puts his hand up to stop the pass and he throws it anyway. Knock on or a penalty only for me.No arguments with that yellow
It's consistent with how those knock ons are almost always reffed. Now that's a harsh yellow card.
That's a pretty good definition of a deliberate knock on TBH.Deflects off his hand, not at all a deliberate knock on. He puts his hand up to stop the pass and he throws it anyway. Knock on or a penalty only for me.
A knock on with one arm outstretched during a opposition pass has been judged a YC and a deliberate knock on for well over a decade.Deflects off his hand, not at all a deliberate knock on. He puts his hand up to stop the pass and he throws it anyway. Knock on or a penalty only for me.
Maybe I'm not being clear about what I think, when I say "to stop the pass" I mean he had his hands up already - like every player does to stop a pass overhead. Argentinian player then throws a risky pass anyway and it deflects. That's a pretty good definition of a deliberate knock on TBH.
The only issue is that they call it "deliberate" not "unrealistic attempt to catch"
The offside TMOs should help this"I'm having a lot of issues talking to the director"
No issues when England infringed lol
