Jack, Rocokoco, Carter, So'oialo don't even come close to making the grade. Jerry Collins is very doubtful, maybe cracks the 22 if you want him as an impact player off the bench. Merhts is 50/50 many would spring for Grant Fox and eventually Carter as well, McCaw is in a very debatable category with Josh Kronfeld and Michael Jones on an equal or above talent level. Cullen is your one lock for sure garuntee to make every list, Lomu will make most as would Umaga. But do you select Umaga as a wing or center? What about Jeff Wilson then? And John Kirwan? This could certainly be a bit of an interesting thread or it could be completely dull.

Meads has a great reputation as a player and I believe everyone (the older folk, who have seen him play) when they say how great he was. Too bad he's an outspoken twat. I'm sick hearing how things were "different" in his days and players were "harder and more manly".

still, out of that team I'd have Fitzy, McDowell, Jones, Shelford, Kirwan, and Gallagher, though Gallagher would probably be shaded by Cullen. And he wasn't really a Kiwi.
