Brazil playing numbers are rising 30% per year

Good news, but one question


Is the 30% an increase on registered players, clubs or estimated players?

Registered players.

There are far more players not registered than there are registered. My team (Franca) has 25 registered players but over 35 have played for the team this year. We have played agaisnt two teams who aren´t even in the championship, meaning all of both teams players are not registered. Both should play in 2011 meaning the growth of 30% is going to continue in 2011 and well into the future as more and more teams pop up.
