ROG’s selection was pretty astonishing. It was almost as if he was playing at being a biased Irish iconoclast in order to create controversy. So
First up you start with your best team
Front Row. Genge Sheehan Furlong
2nd Row. Itoje McCarty. (I could just as easily swap McCarthy for Chessum
Back Row VDF Earl Morgan. Earl has played himself past Conan, Chessum is a great player, but lets go for true back rows.
Half backs. JGP Russell, although White is pressing for selection
Centres Tuipuluto Jones. ROG’s Aki Jones is wrong for so many reasons
Back 3 Freeman Kinghorn/Keenan Lowe

17 Kelleher (but would love to see JG for 2nd test)

20 Pollock in a team of people who are in because if their competence, lets pick a couple of wildcards (see also 22)
21 White - Mitchell is too ponderous

No, Faz jnr doesn’t make the 23. I’m not into the nepotism/corruption conspiracy theories, I just think he isnt in the 23 players most likely to win this test or series
