It can only be a good thing in my opinion. You get a guy who has experience as a proffessional coach and comes from outside the country. There is no qualified Canadian coach and I'm happy they realized this and have gone away from them. I'm also happy that they picked a guy who's got serious experience as a back and comes from a place with an attacking, free flowing mentality. It's been proven year after year, Canada has a pack that can compete internationally, the problem lies in the backs. If he can bring in some exciting creative back play to go along with our hard nosed pack, we should be in good position come 2011.
