Personally I feel that he has too much sway over the coaching aspect
It sort of feels like Tigers during their crap years when the players really had too much say over the coaching.

Just from stuff I heard behind the scenes.
IDK think Wilson is the right coach at all I think his ceiling is forwards coach. BUT from my understanding on Quins is that the senior players have had a grip on the club for a long long time.

But then I also feel Gustard's planned gutting of the squad wasn't the worst idea and I feel Quins have suffered in the long run because of it. (I know this won't be a popular believe in the Quins fan base lol)

Heard that but couldn't make sense of it, in theory GMC is injured so maybe a backup 10 needed but in the centres we need another 13 with burger probably going so signing a 10/12 is odd.

Personally I don't think he's anywhere near England quality really. Will be great for Saints though.
