You cannot in any way, shape or form deny that Rooney deserves to be there.

I've had my eye closely on Sol Campbell, because I argue almost daily that he's better than Rio "Druggie" Ferdinand, and over this tournament, he's proven it. He's won every header, and has been the best defender by an absolute mile.

Don't agree with Lampard - not shown what he can do just yet.

take a look at charisteas goal in the final match....where were ricardo?
And then i agree with the journalist who says campbell is way better than ferdinand (a real overrated player) but ricardo carvalho has been the best defender of euro 2004 (my humble opinion)
