yeah i know mate, i'm just teasing as you're so quick out the block with your replies :)

Im a huge fan of Tom Wood...but i really think we need a monster in at 6 now. Someone just massively confrontational..physical and tough.

Haskell really impressed me in the 1st test and should have been involved in all 3. So if not Haskell coming back in at 6...then whats peoples opinions on....Matt Garvey at 6?

He looks a little unfit for test rugby at backrow. Either needs to lose some weight or specialise as a lock from what i've seen.

Cant wait too see Itoje play more for us. Stupidly he has gone too Bedford when he (and Hankin) could push for a starting place.
Right now-
6.Fearns
7.Robshaw
8.Morgan
20.Haskell

Future
6.Garvey
7.Kvesic
8.Vunipola

He's on dual-reg not loan... there's nothing stopping him from playing for you.

I also think forwards especially benefit more from playing regular than backs..... impact conditioning and the battle hardening you get from regular contact really matters, especially for a lad that age. Better he gets regular game time and comes up when needed. IMHO.

But i think that 15 games at championship level, and championship training isn't as good as 7 or 9 games with Sarries level coaching. I agree that regular game time is very important but i would rather him fight for a place at Sarries than playing in an lesser league. Still in 2 or 3 years he will be starting for us.

He might not even play for them - dual-reg just means that he can get game-time if he isn't playing for you.

He'll still train with the Sarries coaches dependent on the game at the weekend.

Dual registration has worked for a lot of players not least Owen Farrell iirc.

I don't think playing championship is any worse then him jogging or for the storm for a few games.

Regular game time is everything and the Sarries coaches will be getting feed back and analysis footage of him playing.

If he plays.

I'm a massive fan of tom wood too but I know what you mean about wanting a monster 6. I only feel we want that though due to ought weight locks.

If we had Attwood and lawes or launchbery and Attwood I'd keep wood at 6.

4. Lawes
5. Attwood
6. Launchbury
7. Robshaw
8. Morgan

19. Kvesic
20. Vunipola

Parling, Slater and Wood in reserve.

Not a fan of having no second row cover on the bench, because it can be a big boost to the front row having a fresh lock come on, cant see the benefit tactically.
