On the Underhill tackle. I feel by the letter of law it's a yellow. Yes it was a dangerous tackle, but the attacker was being tackled and took a significant step towards Underhill changing his position and giving Underhill less time to readjust.
Maybe he'll be cited. I've seen less dangerous given reds, but I feel in this case the mitigation maybe enough to save him.
