How long between training ?

Just started playing again after 10yrs out. Its a new team and we train 3 times a week, monday, wednesday, and friday. Im as UNFIT as you could ever beleve, couple that with the fact we dont have any tackle bags etc and ALL training like rucking and tackleing is done at full contact im feeling F***ED !!! My legs are tight and dont seam to want to take a full stride when running !!! Should i miss the wednaesday session to aid recovery ? I want to get fit though as i wont play a game untill im 100%, i couldntgo into a tackle at 50% or ill get killed !
 
For recovery I would recommend have contrast showers going hot and cold very quickly it helps the muscles relax i believe there is a thread some where with better tips though.
 
Bro after ten years your legs are going to be lacking in capilleries (small blood vessals) thats why your sore, it wont take long for your body to sort its self out. Like the guy above me said, hot and colds are good aswell
