He came on for Horgan with about 15 minutes to go and had a decent run and a kick. He almost created a try, but there was a knock-on.

He made a great try saving tackle and was instrumental in the last try for Sexotn, and all that in the space of ten minutes. Very promising debut.

Sexton was very good today recieved MOTM and all so good news from an Ireland perspective there. Sean O'Brien went off about 5 minutes. Rumour has it that it's looking quite serious which is bad news indeed going into next week, especially with Donnacha Ryan injured. Still, McLaughlin should be able to do a job of the bench against the English if required.

The victory was marred by an early injury suffered by Leinster's Sean O'Brien, who was pressing for selection against England. The promising flanker had to be carried off on a stretcher in the 5th minute and it subsequently emerged that he has unfortunately suffered a fractured leg and will be out of action for the immediate future.[/b]

Sad to hear about O'Brien as I rate him more than Jennings at 7.

As for match it wasn't a great performance by Leinster and they seemed slightly negative at times.
Sexton was the best player on pitch easily tonight and will start in Twickenham.
