I need a bit of info about Leigh. I've got a job in Salford but don't wanna be in the centre of Manchester so I'm looking outside. There's a few properties that to me seem to be reasonably priced on the Bridgfords site. I just want to know what peoples opinions are on the area? Would you recommend it? Good schools? Anybody know how the commute it to Salford? Cheers for any help.

Don't know much about Leigh.
Urmston Is very nice and is closer to Salford, it has an excellent school and has its town centre was redeveloped nice place and would recommend a look.
Sale is also nice outside of places like Wythenshawe with a excellent school but is more expensive.
Chorlton is also worth a look.
Although I would say Lymm Rugby club and high school are the best rugby places in the Manchester and outside of Manchester area.
What's the rough budget.
I personally live just outside the area.
