Matt Dunning Loses 40 kg in 6 Months

Yeah I saw that a while back he looks like an entirely different person!! Always though he got a little bit too much heat in his career, he wasn't THAT bad a player. His brother Casey played for Canada a couple of times since they ere both born here.

Stunning changes.
Dunning changes, one could say!

He's done well for himself, his career and lifestyle. I wonder how it would have affected his career if he was like this during his playing days.

He would have been 30kg too light.

I'm not sure what the big deal is... "man who needed to be 130kg no longer needs to be 130kg so loses weight".

that's awesome. I quite fancy the concept of a tighthead becoming a scrumhalf 3 months later. It's an amusing thought.

it's kind of like watching The Biggest Loser. I guess for me, the big deal is that he had 30kg of fat to lose and was a professional athlete. I know props have to carry some fat but apart from John Smith towards the end of his career and maybe Benn Robinson, I can't think of that many test props who are that fat.

The thing that will suprise a lot of people is that Matt Dunning went to the Australian Institute of Sport as sprinter. When he was 17 he ran a 10.99, what happened after that I've got no idea.
