Former Wales captain Paul Thorburn has left his position as the Ospreys' strategic development manager.
The newly crowned Magners League champions have confirmed Thorburn's departure and made a statement praising his contribution to the region.
The former Wales full-back, who won 37 caps between 1985 and 1991 and scored a then-record 304 points, says he will be pursuing "other business interests".
Thorburn joined the Ospreys in 2006 after leaving the Welsh Rugby Union.
