Premiership 24/25 - Round 16

It really feels like it's an 'anyone but me' approach from baxter on what's going wrong when he probably needs to take some accountability for the only constant being himself
It could be, it also could be him trying to light a fire under their arse to get them to see that he is serious, and won't shy away from calling them out if they are failing.

Especially seen as its coming the end of the season. They've been bad all season, blaming them to save himself doesn't make sense as everyone sees he's only been the main man for a week, no one expects miracles.(yes I know he's been their all season but not as hands on.)

I think for the next 2 games he will be holding them to a high standard and letting them know so they have a clear goal and understanding going into pre season.

Anyone with an agent in their ear would be well advised to be off if that's the kind of environment he's planning to impose.

"I'm going to publicly bollock and embarrass you if you win so best not lose eh"

I more meant as a short term way to drive/set the standards heading into pre season, not a continuous thing. But if he needs change quickly with limited game time maybe shocking the system can be the way.

Don't get me wrong if he does it every game continues it well into next season then it's a different story and I'd completely agree with you.

Also IF I am right it's a risky strategy
