After the 2016/2017 season, there'll probably be no Basque teams in the Top14 - equally harsh!!!
 
Update!

The family of the late M Kampf have written off the loan due from BOPB to his estate and this goes long way to regularising the financial deficit situation!

Spontaneous and organized donations and a drive for season tickets is underway to ensure Pro2 survival in the next seven or so days!!

Good news for BO supporters, but the ten days to launch an appeal will be up any time now so they'd better get their skates on!
 
they still need to find someone who can control the club's finances up to now it's been a shambles!!!!!!
 
no thanks happy staying in the TOP 14 with Montpellier but i was tresorier of a rugby club for some 10yrs.

Noteworthy, it does not say they have been rectified only that they have been working to rectify?!
 
After appealing, and having the Kampf family forgo their loan repayments and giving financial guarantees, BOPB will play in the Pro2 next season!!

its not!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its good that they are still Pro D2 as the Basque country is lacking if only one team is in the PRO divisions, its a long way from perfect for Biarritz but if they sort out the finances and the interior things could start to progress on the park. Maybe get Harrynordikay as President and Yach as his assistant, SORRY only joking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So finally, which clubs are to be relegated from ProD2?
Tarbes is one club, but what's the situation with Bourgoin and Narbonne?
Have appeals been lodged, and if so, do we know if they've been rejected?

Still ongoing as far as i know. The appeal hearing has beeen scheduled for the 6th July for all 3 clubs Narbonne Bourgoin and Biarritz
