Hi guys,
I did some push ups the first time this week after my little shoulder injury I got from playing cricket (I'm a horrible bowler
)
Anyway I noticed that for the moment, for god knows what reason, I'm doing shoulder push ups :huh:
Even when I switched into easy push ups ( when you sit on your knees) I noticed that I didn't bend my elbow proper.
Any advice on how to get things back to what they were?
