I think they should just give yellow cards to anyone who is caught with hands in the ruck, eventually they will stop it.

i think bring back rucking. the simple fact is, you get a light bumb with the bottom of a boot in your hands and it hurts like f***. you not only learn your lesson QUICK, you are also physically uncapable of keeping on doing it for at least 5min. then you can ruck someone whos lying all over the ball, getting people out of the ruck quicker.
