Hi everyone I decided to start this thread because I'm not sure if all our members know which channels to watch, or subscribe to when trying to get their RWC 2011 fix on television. If you have information on your own country or need to ask which channel it will be seen on please ask and add info here.

For my Canadian fans all 43 games will be carried on TSN and TSN 2, many will be live and I expect the Canada and big games will also be shown again tape delayed, considering New Zealand is a pretty brutal time zone for most Canadian fans I suggest firing up your DVR, VCR or whatever and recording some of the games.

Here is a basic list of broadcasters off of wikipedia, if anyone knows any specific details about how many and which games they will be showing please add to this.

Argentina – TV Pública[24]
Australia- Fox Sports and Nine Network
France – TF1 (20 games), Eurosport France (All games – delayed), France Télévisions and Canal+ (28 games each)[25]
Ireland – Setanta Sports and RTÉ Sport[26]
Italy – Sky Italia[27]
Japan – J Sports[28]
New Zealand – SKY (host broadcaster), Māori Television, TVNZ and TV3[29]
Romania – Digi Sport Romania
United Kingdom – ITV[30] and the Welsh language broadcaster S4C (9 in total, including all of Wales' games)[31]
United States – Universal Sports and NBC[32]
Colombia – RCN TV
Brazil - ESPN Brasil
South Africa - SuperSport
Hong Kong - now TV
Canada - The Sports Network, (TSN and TSN 2)
Germany - Sport 1

Where did you get this information on broadcasting? Because i dont have setanta sports for ireland do you any irish people know if rte will broadcast them all aswell?

Edit: Another question will Sky Sports be broadcasting any of the matches?

Good thing to here, just hope the camp I am on has the sports channels!!!!!!!

TSN the main network is pretty standard for even basic cable/satellite packages, not sure on TSN2 I get it, and it is increasingly available, migth be a little bit extra, England is a high profile team so I would think many of their games will be on the main network while smaller games like Romania vs. Georgia will be on TSN2.

Absolutely delighted that TSN got the Broadcasting Rights in Canada!!!!!
The Canadian Public gets to see World Class Rugby at last without having to shell out for Setanta!

Suprised that Sky hsnt got any according to what you've said either way this makes it easier for me :P as I can spend my time "recovering" from surgery in bed watching the world cup rather than having to move to go downstairs for sky :P
