So back to Coventry for a second time this seasons and Munster will certainly be hoping and expecting to come away with the right result this time round. They certainly have had to do things the hard way with the toughest pool of all and not the easiest quarter final either but every challenge has been met and then some, their only problem this weekend is complacency and given that this is a Heineken Cup semi-final that shouldn't be an issue.

As for Saracens, the only pressure is coming from within the squad as they look to give Gaffney the perfect send off by winning the Heineken Cup that he missed out on with Munster. Their route to this stage may have been easier than Munster's but they've still taken some notable scalps along the way.

So Munster will be looking to make it 3 for 3 against Sarries while Gaffney's men will be hoping it's a case of third time lucky!

So who will it be???

My original prediction was Saracens 0 - 56 Munster. But that's preposterous, 0 is way too many points for Saracens to score!

I cant wait for this match i managed to get tickets wich is rare for me
I reckon man to man Munster are better than saracens and cant see any area where Saracans will dominate (I must admit i only get to see Saracens play the odd time though). Id really like to see Tiomas O Leary and Denis Hurly start this one. They almost definately will with their recent form in the magners leage.

Hopefully Saracens can pull off an upset here. If Munster turn up thinking the game is already won then they will lose... if however they arrive totally focussed on the job at hand then I'd expect them to win and win well.

Richard Hill will give it his all. Sadly it'll probably turn out to be his last game of professional rugby.

Sad, one of the most important players of the professional age. I'll need to do an article for his obligatory place in the TRF Hall of Fame.

Edit: Peppers, where will you be sitting? Were you the guy who tried to buy a Saracens under 14 club membership?!?!

I'm ******... I worked out that at £41 a pop plus train tickets and all the rest, I couldn't afford tickets... :(

Munster never turn up thinking the game is already won

Heineken Cup Final 2000 springs to mind. [/b][/quote]

And what a nice thought to bring to mind it is. :D

If Saracens do turn up, I'll probably die of a heart attack to be honest in shock. We're probably not going to pull it off so I'm out there for a good day out with hopefully some good rugby! :D

Declan Kidney has gone with the original side he named to start against Gloucester so O'Leary, O'Gara and O'Connell have all overcome their problems to take their place in the starting line-up.

Munster: D Hurley; D Howlett, L Mafi, R Tipoki, I Dowling; R O'Gara, T O'Leary; M Horan, J Flannery, J Hayes; D O'Callaghan, P O'Connell ©; A Quinlan, D Wallace, D Leamy.
Replacements: F Sheahan, F Pucciariello, M O'Driscoll, D Ryan, P Stringer, P Warwick, B Murphy.

Saracens meanwhile have made four changes...Don Barrell, Tom Ryder, Censu Johnston and Fabio Ongaro are the quartet who drop to the bench.

Saracens: R Haughton; F Leonelli, K Sorrell, A Powell, K Ratuvou; G Jackson, N De Kock (capt); N Lloyd, M Cairns, C Visagie, H Vyvyan, K Chesney, P Gustard, R Hill, B Skirving.
Replacements: F Ongaro, C Johnston, T Ryder, D Barrell, M Rauluni, G Ross, D Scarbrough.

arranged for my local to put it on one of their big screens. Sunday afternoon drinking agwan.

I think Saracens could scrape through on this one, its gonna be a close one but I think they have the motivation to do well, now they are out of the title race...

Equally the motivation will be high for Munster to give Kidney a proper sendoff with him being named Ireland coach next week.

Aaaaadvance the flag of Sarries!

Hurrah! Hurrah!

In Watford town, I take my stand,

To live and die for Sarrie,

Advance, Advance,

Advance the flag of Sarries!

i don't want to be too confident but when Munster play I am always confident. We really should win this quite handy but i can see it being closer than it should be, Hopefully I am wrong.

Surprised that Buckley and Foley didn't make the squad but what harm, more than capable replacements.
