So, this whole Russian Spy Poisoning (Alexander Litvinenko) sems like something directly from a James Bond Novel (in fact very similar to a scene in Casino Royale). It's very rare for such things to come to light.
With the available knowledge, how do you think Russia is guilty? If the Government of Russia is proven responsible could this restart the cold war?
