seeking for injury management help

hey mates

I don't know if any other thread had been created about this issue
anyway our moderators know how to merge threads in case of similarities

so,, being absolutely unhealthy, no gym cited in my dictionary for 8-9 years, I decided to join amateur rugby club

lactate and muscle pain is nothing when compared to the pain I feel in ankles, left knee and back muscles

muscles are being recovered fast

ankle and knee pain don't let me running, absolutely unbearable :D

any suggestions, advices for treating these injuries

how long it takes to recover, heal and play again

is it better to tolerate pain and run anyway?

any ideas, suggestions please :D
