I'll admit I have maybe watched two games all year but they have the day to themselves.

Heard needs to do a lot better there (try #5 for Ealing).
Inside woman on a 2 v 2, and Meg tucks the ball under her arm, you need to go faster than a jog, and don't leave Meg for you winger to tackle. If you DO think that she's got a better angle to make the tackle, then you simply HAVE to bust a gut to hit the Ealing winger into touch, but even that would always be the wrong decision.
