Southern Hemisphere XV

Island brothers? Mapusua, Tialata and Mealamu were BORN in New Zealand. So if you were going for a SH team not compromised of the Tri-Nations countries, you didn't succeed.

It doesnt matter if they were born in nz... they are of samoan descent... calm down brother... lol

Mmm, not sure about that...A center at sh? Uale Mai is the one you want...Oh and also Census Johnstone is miles better than Tialata.

You're right bro... Cenz is better.. just trying to mix it up a little and i would rather go with Junior Polu then Mai... But then again... youre right about mai... one of the masters of the 7's code

Nice team uce.
thanx uso... what do you think of samoas chances next year @ the world cup?

Im not sure uce, Fiji and Wales is our real target games. If we beat them we go to the quarter-finals with either Australia or Ireland.

We got some games coming up which I cant wait to watch. Tafua will definately be using these games to build up our team for next year.

Hopefully we perform the same way against Fiji the same way we did earlier this year in the PNC and hopefully we can even out the series with Wales and make it 4-4... I cant wait for the Northern Hemisphere tour to come up later on this year...

Tafua is looking at some players in the ITM cup as well as in europe. It'll be interesting to see the new faces and how good they are.

These players are all out of position. To say Carter is the best fullback, Mils is the best center and Brussow is the best blindside flankers is rediculious.

You'd think he'd have put Hernandez at 15, seeing as that's where he's played the majority of his rugby.

Yeah well, fair enough I guess im trying to squash in 3 first-five eighths and two open side flankers into one team... I thought SA play their flankers as left/right, so Brussow is more of a left flanker, rather than an openside.

This is more of a Tri-Nations Squad...

Like you're squad (places where I feel could improve). Can't waitg for FdP to pull on a green jersey again..

How can anyone put Mikaele Pesamino in at wing, considering he's done next to nothing in the 15 man game? In no particular order - Joe Rokocoko, Sitivini Sivivatu, Cory Jane, Israel Dagg, Bryan Habana, Hosea Gear, Alesana Tuilagi, Lelia Masaga, Zac Guildford, Sereli Bobo, Napolioni Nalaga, Julain Savea, Drew Mitchell, Rod Davies, Lachie Turner, Gio Aplon have all proven to be better 15 man wingers, than Mikaele Pesamino. You wouldn't put Ben Gollings down as a best 1st 5/8 in the world, you wouldn't put DJ Forbes down as the best flanker in the world and you shouldn't put Mikaele Pesamino down as one of the best wingers in the world, because of his outstanding form in 7's.
