The pitch textures are stored in seperate files from the stadiums, they've been modded with a more "plain" texture. According to my spreadsheet these are the files to change/remove if you aren't a fan of the textures:

I've managed to make progress on the Jose Amalfitani stadium, since I've had a bit of free time lately, here's a preview:

This will replace the default Argentina home ground. This will probably be uploaded in the next couple of weeks alongside La Defense, Galway, and the xml to add extra stadiums. I'll be uploading them to my Github page as it's easier to update/modify going forward, I've put all my existing stadium releases there as well: https://github.com/jimw546/jimw546-s-Rugby-08-stuff

i have seen at the 2 latest patch of 2018-2019 have more staduims the the updated mod the have no errors when finishing a game and it crashes. etc

the fixed mod which I download have the normal staduims which u download from the forum like Aviva Capetown and Fnb etc staduims
Australia have updated staduims ekstra
France have updated staduims ekstra
there is stil a few more any1 knows where to get the files of that ekstra staduims please guys it really gives u a boost when playing the game

In my opinion, the following stadiums should be listed: thomond park (munster), rds arena (leinster), kinsdpan stadium (ulster), galway stadium (connacht), ricoh arena (waps), Sandy Park (exeter), Twickenham Stoop (quins ), Ashton Gate Stadium (bears), AJ Bell Stadium (sale), Forsyth Barr Stadium (highlanders), Orangetheory Stadium (crusaders), Scotstoun Stadium (glasgow), Parc y Scarlets (llanelli) aami park stadium (rebels) and some more ...
I know there are many but some of them can be copied since it almost has the same stadium format. eg sale, wasps, llanelli are almost identical to the ospreys stadium. the rest you just have to make small modifications. I would like to help you but I can't understand the Spanish translation of the tutorial.

Added 3 new stadiums and xml files to add extra stadiums to the game, all on my Github page here: https://github.com/jimw546/jimw546-s-Rugby-08-stuff/releases

The only thing I haven't been able to do is link the new stadiums to their teams, so Connacht and Racing don't play at the correct location right now.

If you've previously downloaded my Melbourne/AAMI Park stadium, delete file 4616c35dd2426c910dd44db5e0f4ee93.big from your R08 folder, as the previous upload overwrites the Perth stadium.

the stadium files are in rugby.gob and if you want to change their name or location you should do so from the file 119ba3f37fe7a31c2b2ee45ceeafa091

Do you mean the file names?

For Galway, it's 3e4da02ee9daf8ad87213b61f92368f6.big for the model, 432fd96a2273d3f52dababef4bfb15d1.fsh for the pads & posts, 860259f15560fef8974980d110f5be1b.fsh for the menu images.

For La Defense, 8375446d4bf168de2ee3d5d39cc2a435.big for the model, 58b942d7c1ebb527e86a144f0e217347.fsh for the pads and posts, 187bc7aa062441981ae8b36ecedc662f.fsh for the menu images.

I got the file names from crash messages by using Process Monitor.

The name for the stadium model is "stadiums/xxx.yyy" where xxx is the file name in 119ba..xml, and yyy is the condition ie. day, night overcast... then translated in md5 hash. For example, "stadiums/connacht.day" translated in md5 becomes "3e4da02ee9daf8ad87213b61f92368f6".
