I believe there are different methods based on your injury. What's wrong or hurt??

Did my AC last year, same shoulder is hurt this time but feels more like the joint this time.
Sharp pain at the top of my arm/shoulder whenever I put any pressure on it. Also the joint crunches, even when using my mouse. I'd sit out normally see if it gets better over time but this is my last game for the club and a semi-final.
