The Captain Sergio Parisse, the Bergamasco brothers, Fraser, Bortolussi, Castrogiovanni and Bortolami will miss the whole tour beacuse of injury or still in business with their own club.

Nick Mallett will probably decide to pick Josh Sole as the Azzurri Captain ad interim for the two games.

Ghiraldini Leonardo (Calvisano - hooker - 23 years old) was named as Captain by Nick Mallett for the test against South Africa.

If the Stade Français will release Sergio Parisse in time to join the rest of the italian squad touring South Africa, he will be, as he's used to, the Azzurri Captain.

suffered today a really bad injury during the second leg of the Super 10 semifinal Calvisano v Petrarca (20-13).

Probably, the big italian prop's left leg is broken (suspect tibia shinbone).

He will miss the tour in South Africa & Argentina.

There are many examples in many others teams....

If IRB allows this behaviour, why Italy shouldn't do like other nations are used to do ???

Garcia will chose Italy, Orlandi Argentina....but they are eligibles also because they have italian origins.
