For me its one of those games that could be a blow-out either way or a draw and I wouldn't be surprised; it all depends on which team is the best geared up mentally.

No arguments there...

Hey lads,

I had nothing to do today and decided to create a nice Sharks shirt...

Tell me what you think and if you have any requests, let me know.

Looks shweet...just don't like Absa...where is Mr Price?

Ok...a bit of Both then...But don't be so hard on your guys, the Humidity made it difficult to keep the ball in contact...also not in contact (S. Brett).
I see you guys causing some serious havoc in Jo'burg this weekend. The conditions if it stays dry are perfect for a fast running game...that is why Kankowski always dominates when he plays in Jo'Burg. Gets man of the match almost everytime in Jo'burg against Lions.

I'm afraid The Blues are going to get pounded this weekend.
Once again Lam has rung the changes; dropping Mealamu, Boric, Ranger and Braid to the bench.
This has 2010 written all over it. We'll be lucky if we end up with a 50% win record this year with that sort of team selection consistency.

Oh well- at least there is a chance we could get Henry back to coach us next year once he retires after the the Rugby World Cup.

Lions by 10.

The Sharks team has been announced, with the only changes being JP in for Mvovo (the latter moves to the bench) and Craig Burden in for van Staden

JJR has got a nice info post there, would be better if the team is posted there

Good to see Odwa rewarded for good form but at the expense of Mvovo.. well I guess you can't have everyone playing. Not that I don't rate the Force but I can't see them winning this one.

Mvovo is recovering from an injury sustained in the match against the Blues and I think that is why he is on the bench. More precaution than being replaced because of performance

Hey JJR,

I created one with my former employee (Before I moved back to Holland temp.)

I also moved the Canterbury logo to the front where it was on the 2009 shirt...

For those who watched the Blues game on T.V., what did you think of Keegan Daniel's performance?

I didn't see too much of him (mind I can't see the players numbers when they are attacking the north stand), and I am hoping for a more industrious performance from him tomorrow
Also eager to see JP back in the starting team after a long while out

Mon the Sharks

Keegan didn't play that bad. He was struggling a bit in the first couple of minutes but after that he recovered and was the best backrow-player during the match. Alberts was really sloppy with the ball carrying. When Deysel comes back, it will be difficult to pick the best 3. Deysel-Alberts as flankers would be amazing especially in games against a strong pack. When we play in humid conditions, I would pick Daniel over Alberts because of his more technical way of playing and we don't need 2 wrecking balls against a team with fast running backrow-players

I didn't sat he played badly, did I ;)
Again, from where I sit (up in heaven) it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between players with the samish hair, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt

Agree wasn't Alberts best game, but we'll be 'stuck' with him for a few more weeks until Deysel has had sufficient game time to start

Gotta feel for the Force, injuries are going to hamper them early on, none more so than Pocock

Amazing how Odwa has turned his game around from 2009

Edit: Force get a red card, Sidey from the bench
I can"t believe the Force players are complaining about that, really is (untish to an Old Firm extent
Now Odwa has to go off on a stretcher, no longer feeling sorry for the Force's injuries

We should definitely get a BP now

They never seem to learn do they?

Rory Sidey red card for a dangerous tackle, Nathan Sharpe whining to the referee has ruined the game by sending Sidey off.

Hey Nathan, the referee wasn't the idiot who did the dangerous tackle.

The injury to Odwa Ndungane looks to be very serious.
