Tips for rugby fitness?

  1. Hello,
    I have recently been out for the past 5 months+ from a knee injury and have basically lost my physical fitness, and recently im starting to really miss being in shape and even taking part in the sport.
    was hoping that i could get some fitness programs or any tips from people to get back into shape. i am capable of doing exercise on the injury, its just the contact which it cant handle so any training programs or websites which may help would be great.
