I'm a big fan of Touch rugby, played it internationally for a couple of years and it's tough on the body (obviously not as tough as full contact) but it's fast and challenging and was perfect alongside my usual 15's trainign and playing.

Anyway, should be good.

will post some updates

Will passively follow it, have friends and former team mates playing for Singapore and Wales. Definitely a totally different game to 15's, can actually be good training for 7's in terms of skills. Bloody fast game when top class players play, however I just can't quite get on with watching it for some reason. I think it can be a bit repetitive and league like for me.

Yeah, I get you on the watching part. It's easy to watch if you're there, but it is very repetitive.

Super fast at the top level, first time I played international I was completely in shock at the speed. It was like basketball.
