It does seem odd that only 2 England players are on the list. Either means England are being overlooked or they perform better than the sum of their parts.

Public vote, but it's more likely the latter.

All good players but on different positions other people some... McLean England captain but not the best 10 in this tourno.
Scrumqueens have a few England players in their team...

Personally I think Packer should be in there at 6. I think she was better than Alphonsi.
