well actually as of lately England's been ousted of the RWC at 1/4F level while trailing 16-0 to an old enemy at HT, has seen Wales win 2 titles, including a GS and a huge beatdown at their hands in MS, and more recently has seen Ireland win the 6N again. Blah blah blah blah...
