The game really turned on Tipuric’s yellow for a blatant trip. The coach can’t be held responsible for such individual and unnecessary stupidity. That it came from the captain and such an experienced player made it worse.

Not excusing Tips, but that was due to the intercept Priestland threw. Remember Martyn Williams doing the same as Tips years ago v France, coughed up a yellow instead of a try, Wales worked hard, held out for 10 and Williams decision was justified.

Priestland has been **** all season, was aweful v Geroegia last week yet Pivac still brings him on this week. So I'll still place some blame on Pivac.

Pivac also selected Cuthbert in the squad who barely featured today, even though we pkayed some good stuff, and allowed Aus to score an easy try to get Aus going. The same Cuthbert who hadn't played a minute this season before the AI's
