Still nothing from the WRU. I know it's not been that long, but they really needed to show some sort of awareness of just how bad things are. Even just an acknowledgement that things will change.

None of this is her fault. This issues in welsh rugby have been around for decades, but I'm not sure she has the power to handle it. It needs a massive reboot.

I think this is spot on. People wanting a region cut haven't really planned how it will work. We want 4, but looking ahead, financially, we're looking at less money than some second tier leagues.

Too many rumours flying around about wrapping up, bills and players not being paid etc... from what I can gather while trying to tune out all the noise, is that Helford havnt fulfilled some responsibilities financially.

Yeah, WRU will take them over in the same way they owned the Dragons for 6 years until 2023.

Still very sad, and sounds like there's been some right **** ups with the Helford Capital takeover that someone needs to be accountable for green lighting!

Cardiff head into administration with WRU set for takeover

Cardiff Rugby will declare their intention to go into administration with the Welsh Rugby Union in line for a takeover of the regional side.
