I'd give you 60/40 with some wiggle room. Just because your algorithm tells you hes hated globally doesnt make it true, he has a huge support here in the UK, youd be surprised. Some stats see hisnpopularity in the UK between 20 and 30 odd %, some more.

Imagine that, 1 in 3 brits like him across numerous stats, and that's with the lens of anti Trump media coverage. Imagine if Brits paid attention and saw all the raw material hahaha

Maybe that's where our disconnect is, you believe you are on the side of the 99%, whereas your not, Your just on one side of the argument.

Has anyone actually said that? I've been to a few places in Europe and for the most part liked them. The closest I've been to the states is Medicine Hat in Canada so I don't know if America is bad but there are some things about the politics and religion that put me off in the same way religion in Iran or politics in Russia put me off but you are the one constantly drawing comparisons with America and Europe not us.

Wait a minute, you're not really saying you're put off by America re politics and religion the same way you might be off by Russia or ******* Iran. Unless I've misinterpreted what you meant that is a wild statement to me and I would probably be pretty offended if I was American to be honest. Trump may be an absolute **** and a dangerous one at that but you can still go outside trump Tower with a sign that sign that says "trump is a small dicked loser" and not get locked up, tortured and killled.

Religion, really? Mate, they have some crazy religious people for sure and it is deep rooted in their culture and politics and I take issue with many things you do I'm sure but Iran? Nah, that's another universe. Russia less so obviously but then politically it's a dictatorship. I do agree with you that Trump has taken America on a dangerous path towards it though.

On a concerning note, the American consumer is really tapped out. I’ve been awaiting a recession since at least 2022, but the savings people built up really helped power through inflation.

Well, the bottom 80% are really getting squeezed with inflation outpacing wages for most people.

I don’t want this to turn into Bidenomics versus Trump Tariffs, just a general comment and note for posterity.
