The legislatures writes laws. With gay marriage, abortion, and a host of other issues, the Supreme Court essentially wrote new laws.

It’s completely against a federalist system.

I hope this court goes back on all of these thinly veiled attempts to usurp power from the legislature.

Gay marriage is fine. The trans ideology has clearly lost and in full retreat.

If I was dictator, I would ban abortion. But I’m not and that’s political suicide, so I’d likely do something like 12 weeks.
