HT and it's 11-0 so far.

Leinster look like a disinterested big cat toying with a wounded rodent. Ulster look up for it but severely lacking in the skills department.

Biggest note is BOD looks quite bad on his leg. Wise move would be to take him off before next week I'd think. Not as if he's made much impact today anyway.

"Northampton have to play Leicester tomorrow which is likely to be just as intense".

If Tigers v Saints is anything like this god awful game tomorrow, I'll demand the fee for my ticket back.

Not when I'm working on the Twitter commentary I can't.

Fair play

anyway onto the game, Ulster played with good intensity especially at the start of the second half but the lacked the skills and penetration to get through the very good Leinster defence. Both teams made alot of mistakes and Leinster flow was effected by the constant substitutes due to injuries. Leinster were clinical and dominant at the breakdown. Heaslip is doing well in that area. He is really regaining good form. I think our backrow was good but our kicking game was not its usual self.

Ulster can be very proud of their season. Finishing 3rd in the Magners League and reaching the H-Cup quaters is a great achievement. I would say they are one of the most improved teams in Europe. To be fair Ulster were missing about 5 pivitol players.

As for the Leinster players, Heaslip had anouther great game and he really stands up and makes game changes contributions. McFadden had a great game even though he had to change position which isn't easy. We saw the good and bad from Fitz but he lack consistency. SOB made some great charges as usual.

it wasnt a glorious game but the men in white should be proud of their season
surely we must be one of the most improved club teams of the season from 8th last year and looking dire to 3rd and looking promising for the future
ulster's best finish since the 5-06 season.
lenister if the keep the personel should go on and win the title the have played better rugby than munster this season and i know munster are repairing their problems slowly but a magners league win might paper over their cracks which would be bad for ireland

dissapointing day but a great season for the men in white all in all
all congrats to lenister better win it now (and the hcup!)

The word on the injuries are that:
Mike Ross was suffering slightly but is fine. Boss "felt a twinge in his hamstring" but could have gone back on. Healy is fine. O'Brien only needed a few stitches and had cramp is fine. BOD's knee was functional but is swollen. Strauss will go for scan from what I understand.
