Bit foolish by RSA so far. You'll never beat ABs with penalty kicks. Find a way to try or don't bother IMO.

can't ref two games with a week apart? Seriously that argument doesn't work in my book best 4 QF, best 2 SF and best F barring conflicts of interest. Why you'd do it any other way is baffling a you want t always use the best guy for the job not tring to make it fair for all.
